Having the exact same problem and followed the same troubleshooting steps you did as well as factory resetting the headset. A50 keeps loosing connection, this wont update, wtf. I recently updated my SSE version to 3.12.13. RX 1.12.0.0. I opened up support ticket but it takes 2-3 per response. I havent even bothered with tech support since a)I bought mine used for 200 dollars and b) they seem to be no help other than rma.
